Why do you say that Brice?

Purely taste as both are fine watches

Shorter lugs on CD2
Almost no strap space on CD2
Screw bar vs hex lug bar
Smaller dial on CD2
Smaller hour markers on CD2
Bezel too Big on cD2
Thicker caseback on CD2 - watch sits high
Unnecessary HEV on CD2
Proportions overall: CD2 is much thicker and is heavier and sits higher but it's shorter and smaller dial opening with large bezel make it look small face on

I actually prefer the CD-2 slightly over the CD-1, other than the strap spacing margin. That can be tough, but you can definitely find straps that can fit.

I love my CD-2 but I'm not going to fight Brice over this one. It's a win-win either way!

Ed, if you want I can take some pics of mine next to a Seiko MM tomorrow. At the end of the day, though, my response will be the same: just get the dang thing already!
