WOW this baby rocks!!!!
Okay I got the watch today around 5:30 when my daughter and I went by Fedex to pick it up since we missed the delivery today. Well I opened the box up and let my daughter actually open up the pelican case and all I heard was "Oh my gosh this is freaking awesome"! I couldn't have said it better myself. This is a super beautiful watch and the presentation is amazing. There isn't anything that could have done any better imo.
Todd regulated it and pressure tested it before he sent it out and it is doing great. I was super apprehensive about the specs of it wondering how it would actually fit. I contacted Brad about his opinion on fitment compared to the Seiko MM and he said "it sits lower and wider than the MM and fits perfect on the wrist", he was totally right. Because for the size I would think I couldn't manage it but I was totally wrong on it.
Specs wise it is just like the Sinn U1 but the lugs actually turn down more and the caseback has a flat spot in it does sit lower than U1. The Sinn has a bigger dial where the Aegir dial is more the size of a Seiko SKX. But the bezel is wider than both of them the SKX and Sinn. The Aegir matte dial looks great and the only watch currently that might do the matte a little better is the new Rolex SD but it would be a close decision on it.
Right out of the box the lumed hands and bezel pip were already glowing. Bezel clicks are super firm, precise and easy to grab. The movement in this actually winds super smooth, the only other movement I ever felt this smooth was my Grand Seiko. You can barely feel like it is being wound.
The only thing I would change is a tapered rubber strap because I am wussy. But heck you know me I can't leave shit alone, I am already thinking a red tipped lollipop seconds hand would look great on it.
Todd thanks a ton bro I can't thank you enough for this opportunity and everything you do for this community as a whole. And thank you Wu and the mods for making me proud to call this my "home". Also without the great member's here this wouldn't be a place I would hang my hat.
Thanks DWC!!!!
Oh here are some back night pics. I would get better one's up later.

Out-freakin-standing!!! Congrats again, Terry! I forgot to mention the shape of the lugs and how they help the fit. And that bezel has one of the best grips out there.
