By "not meant to be", I meant that I am on the waiting list for the limited edition but it appears only the original orders for the LE are going to be filled. I may consider the standard CD-2, but not sure yet. In any event, I do enjoy seeing them online either way.

I have had so many issues getting it out, I plan to leave it.
Having said that, I reserve the right to take the CD-2 out to 100 pcs, and that means the other 25 LE watches could be made (are serialed to 50) if the interest is there after the launch. The turn around time would depend on Mhvj again, who by the way are hiking up their movement price by 50%, but anyway, I would make them if the interest was there once the smoke clears, and I would think they were a quick production approx 4-7 months

7th of Jan I am working at my day job, not free to the 10th, and 7th of Feb I will be in London.
Coming to Sydney late Feb though, to met with a micro engineering company

Happy holidays. Right now I'm thinking I may be able to manage one watch for 2013, and it'll be an Aegir, either a CD1 or SD1. I'm anxious to see the SD1.

You will be seeing both soon enough. I have a guy in Switzerland who is doing the drawings (little alterations) and renders.
Since it uses the same case with minor adjustments, I am not going to prototype them, as it is a known quantity. I will be showing renders and I will rapid prototype them, just to be sure the dimensions work on the wrist.
I should be showing the final product end of Jan, from there, it will be a much shorter production, and movements I have in stock, so ahead of the curve this this time.

Yeah, I'm thinking the CD-1 is going to be my only purchase of this year (and maybe for a lot longer than that). So, bring it on.

Going to offer some options, and will basically be built to order.
Sort of.

Hand options, blued, orange minute, rhodium plate, etc, dial colors of black or white to start, crystal or solid back. There may be a charge for the crystal back, around $50 more only.
If I finally get this LE watch sorted this month and next, then it will all happen quickly.

If not, then it will be plan B, to make it happen quickly.

This sounds cool to me, a white dial with blued hands would certainly differentiate it from my CD-2.

Sheesh, it was a lot easier without the options. Now I'm going to have to give it a lot of thought. Maybe when you have time you (or at least someone with time) can come up with some conceptual images to make it easier to visualize (and thus buy).

Hi Todd, I have watch money buring a hole in my pocket, just checking on the CD-1. Also, a quick question will it be possible to have the crown at 9 o'clock?

Todd,

So if all goes according to plan, CD-1's would be available approximately when?

Thanks
Mike

my plans for a CD-2 or the CD-1 this year put a big halt on Ennebi plans for me. Even better if we get a CD-2 in Ti. Matter of fact, that would do it for me right there. ;)

Dont see why not, I will look into it when I am making the dials, but I want to be careful of making too many promises at this point.
