Well she finally arrived yesterday.
I met Todd and played with the prototype early to mid 2011 and had followed the development of this watch like many others here. Attention to detail kept has been one of the things that has impressed me about Todd and i think it shows in the finished product. it helps that Todds design is very close to my personel astetic preference in a lot of areas, like applied indecies and the shiny highlights on the hands adding a little bling to the dial.
Anyway I am not going to rave as its been with me less than 24hrs and you know how it can be with a new aquisition. I will say I have only taken it off to photograph and that is a good sign to longevity.
Oh and the lume is not blazing but without chargeing before bed I woke up at 4.15 am and was clearly able to tell the time without my glasses this morning thats always a good thing........
Comparision in size the the MM as you can see they are very close in size and the MM realizing this made a big difference for me when thinking about holding out for the 44mm.
and the closer

Re: CD2
Adam I know size matters and anyone who says it dosent is lacking.........
Seriously it fits great, but size was a very large peice in my delayed decision to buy this watch. When I went through my watch box my MM is the same size and my Autavia and Monaco are smaller again. So I will know more in a month.
Here are the initial impressions quick and dirty
The big dial running all the way to the bezel gives the dail a large apperence
The bezel is fat and angled just like the dome SWEEEEET
The dome adds height to the overall wrist presence
The agressive crown guards cover the over large crown nicley.
Look I got it yesterday and I try not to rave about anything new to much as i have done this in the past and the watch has had a new owner before the month was out. Needless to say there is no chance thats happening with this watch buit I want to wear it for a few weeks to be able to give a more balanced view.
I will post up something on WUS later in the day to give Todd some interweb coverage on the DWF.

Re: CD2
Seiya lists the MM at 44mm X 15mm high
other sites like Watcharama (I'm not making that name up) lists the diameter at 42mm X 15mm
So not owning calipers I am not 100% on the specs of the MM but as you can see in the photos the CD2 has a very similar if not bigger wrist presence. Please note I am not comparing the two for anything other than size just to ensure I do not incite rebellion in the Seikophiles.

Very nice Jamie.
Sorry I missed that one at the Argyle.
Hopefully, by next trip home, we'll both be able to add a few more watches... and a few more beers to the mix.
Oh yeah... sorry I missed the penis shot.
