FedEx

Post by t20569cald » Wed Jul 13, 2011 3:05 am

So, a nice lady came to the door with a package torn open, asking "is this yours?"

Ahhh, yep, it should have been 38 Isofrane straps with RS buckles.
28 straps, 38 screws, 35 buckles and 36 tangs.
Not a bad effort from FedEx, got some of it. Apparently it was delivered a week ago, and someone signed for it, yet at the same time they say it was left at the door. Hmmm.

Too bad.

My favorite UPS move was when, on multiple occasions, they delivered my package to the wrong house.

Recovered the straps in the end, had someone walk the area and all found, except some buckles, but I can live with that.

Sooo. How the hell does that happen? Crazy raccoons? Did the Fedex driver punt it to the door? I don't get it. Did you contact their Investigators / take pictures? glad you got them back.

I've said it before. FedEx sucks... big floppy donkey dicks. F those a-holes right in their ears. I hate FedEx. I will never, NEVER use them. I have had nothing but bullshit trouble out of them and they REFUSE to accept responsibility for their incompetence. If there's one company that needs to be out of business, well, there's plenty, but FedEx is definitely top 10. Frankly, Todd, I'm not surprised. And expect a lot of bullshit run around, especially if you talk to more than one person. I hate to hear it Todd and I do hope it get works out.

EDIT: guess I should have read the rest! At least you found most of it. But that's the problem. This shit should have never happened in the first place. I still stand by my comments. FUFedEx.
