small update

Post by t20569cald » Sat Jun 11, 2011 9:34 pm

So things are on track for June delivery of the Soprod A10 and the new dials, meaning looking good for June/July assembly and shipping.
Standard watch this is!
Isofrane with the RS buckle was chosen in the end for the standard watch, so will ship on the Isofrane.
It was a decision based on the best fit for the watch at this time without being integrated with the case. I tried out quite a few straps from Bonetto, and a Swiss company that tried passing off Bonetto straps as their own for six times the cost! :o
It did give me an amusing email to write to them though.
Isofrane had the best thickness and texture in the end and this was the reason I choose it over the others. Also it is a touch longer than the others which gives more scope to those bigger wrist-ed gents.

Warranty books and model booklets are being drawn up now, everything else is in place, so fingers crossed, we finally get there.
Or part way there, as the LE is delayed of course due to movements.

Very cool, Todd. This has to be the coolest launch in a long while!
