2011 NJ GTG
2011 NJ GTG
Luke and I attended the 2011 NJ Panerisiti GTG. (While Adam was busy shoveling snow and planning his documentary debut)
There were a number of New Yorkers, people from DC and somebody made the trek from out west. The NY and Beverly Hills boutiques sent over some swag for raffles as did Micah and Rob Montana.
It was a good time. I was able to re-connect with some of the people I met at P-day and meet some new people. Luke is like a Paneristi mayor and we barely spoke as he made his rounds. You know it is a good night when it is over and you did not get to speak to everybody you wanted to catch up with. Either the conversation or the booze was flowing to heavily on nights like that. (Since I had a 1 hour 20 minute drive home, I only had two Guinness')
Here is the best post so far with much better pics than mine. It is worth a look.

Here is another good post, with lots of watch pics

Since Kevin's and Jay's pictures are much better, I will only post a few. Here are a few of my abysmal pictures.
Giulio brought some of his current watches mostly for sale
Is this watch to big for Wu and I?
Here is a Custom PVD by Jack. Every part of this watch including under the crown guard was perfectly covered.
Table shots. Unfortunately late in the night so a few people (watches) had left

Looks like a great time Barry. Is that a grey alcantara strap you are rocking on the 024?

Caught you in a few shots when I was looking through some of the pics on Paneristi. Looks like a great time. I'm going to see if I can make it to the big bay area one in March.
BTW, I'm pretty sure we can pull off that 341 no problem...

I will check of I have a better picture of it. I believe it is an analog G-shock, possibly a LE.mattcantwin wrote:Great shots, Barry!

Also a Helson Sharkmaster, Benarus GMT, Sinn U1, Omega pre-moon Speedy and a few forbidden project watches. One at my table was a soldered lug homage with a Rolex movement. A lot of these watches are in watch cases until conversations start up.snoballz wrote:A few G-Shocks, IWCs, and an AP ROO Diver.jimyritz wrote:Nice pics Barry....So the Panerai guys actually where

The G-shock, AP Roo, and IWC were out and being passed around. Nice IWC pilot watch also in the pics.

It is a Rob Montana leather with a bit of a suede finish. Great strap. I will try and take some pictures soon.CGSshorty wrote:Looks like a great time Barry. Is that a grey alcantara strap you are rocking on the 024?
