I like the look of a lot of the Panerai range but can't get on with the crown guards & have never seen a lefty at a price point I'd be prepared to pay, so the mega bucks custom strap scene has never been an issue which is just as well.

Not quite sure why, but I just can't pay more than £50.00 for a strap. Generally the nice stuff from Hirsch or Di-Modell at circa £25.00 is plenty good / expensive enough.

Felt the exact same way before I had a watch that actually highlighted the straps. So I know where you're coming from. Time will tell whether or not they're actually worth it, but based on numerous positive reviews, I'm thinking they are.

when everything goes alright tomorrow and the 305 will be mine it starts all over again for me as i can use the 24mm straps i used for my 24 for my enzo and citizen but now i need new 26mm straps ;-)
