2nd strap purchased for Pam 24

Post by mattcantwin » Sun Nov 21, 2010 10:34 am

Lots of great (and expensive) choices out there...

and Jay gave me some great resources.

Went back and forth on what would follow the black Strap Culture

and which finish for the buckle.

Ended up going with this Kain Heritage Veteran strap with brushed buckle (beige stitching).

Great looking strap. You can have brown, black and rubber for the 24, they'll all look great.

Great looking choice. I can't wait to see it as I have like a lot of his leathers but have not heard anything about his straps.

That is nice, Matt. The leather is similar to the one I have, but mine has natural colored stitching and no black edgecoat. Who makes that one?

Just got my Kain Heritage Veteran in the mail yesterday and threw it on the U1 last night. I don't have a ton of experience with leather straps but so far I really like it. It's got a nice feel to it and it seems to be put together well. The only thing is I'm not sure how big a wrist could fit with this one. I'm on the second to last hole and I've only got 6.75" wrists. I'll try to get some pics up tonight but we're moving into the new house this weekend so no promises.

Strap arrived yesterday...

very impressed with both the strap and the packaging (better than some watches I've received).

Apologies for the "smudge" on the left side of the pictures.

Looks like its time to clean the camera, but I'm too lazy to re-take the pictures.

This would be a prefect time to put it on the 24 and shoot some pictures of how great it looks...

but I sent it to Jay at MCWW to be regulated.

Oh well, I'll be all set for its return!

Congratulations on getting the strap, Matt.

Shouldn't be a problem for anyone with a bigger wrist, just order a longer length.

The V-Dark looks really nice, but I'd like the Quarry to be a little more green.
