Watches are so expensive. This is really an absurd hobby.

No kidding Jacob :) we're all nuts

On a 682, I need to try it on at AD whenever it makes it there but it'll be a hit for around $5000-5500 LNIB for me

There's a lot of 243 goodness in proportions and compactness in this one.
Hopefully it doesn't disappoint on the wrist

That's where it'd have to be for me too. I really like it, but not $8900 worth.

OP really killed it with the 243 all those years ago.

26k for the gold one!? The smart move would have been to undercut last year's gold Yachtmaster, not go almost two grand over it.

Man that's nice! Price on the 682 is too rich for me. Let's see if the prices decrease within a year of release.

Truth. Bumping up the 682 to 44mm seems like a no-brainer.

Out of my reach for sure. Up here that'll be at least $12-13K canadian to start for the least expensive + 13% HST (tax) from an AD.

For example saw this JLC at an AD yesterday and they want $13k Canadian + 13% tax

I'm wondering if the desire for the Bronzo will remain strong, since this will now make a total of 3000 bronzos.

Man - I really dig that 682. How long until these get out on the market?

I think either the 682 or a base titanium like a 176 or 562 may be my next watch...

A bargain at $8700?

Funny, but back in 1998. A titanium sub was $3300 and if you don't count the Pam 21 radiomir.

That was the most expensive model.

Even the Nostrum was only $2550 New one is what? $9000

Good prices far behind, but it is what it is.
