I don't hate it, but I still have trouble with anything more than hours and minutes on a Panerai...

Agreed that the faux patina looks out of place. And they really need to start working on their date windows. I could forgive them with some of the early offerings, as it was an enhancement over the ugly implementation of the cyclops, but by now I would have hope they could have refined it a bit more.m

Not for me, too many things going on. Pam should be hour/minute or hour/minute/sub second. That's it.

I honestly thought Panerai already did this exact same watch. There are so many models and variations of models I can't keep this shit straight. I got nothing for that watch other than there are other Panerai models I would want before this one. Just looks strange to me. And I'm over (was never really into) faux patina.

I love the 88 and 89.

I like this one as much.

I bought a cheap watch from a crazy man

It doesn't use numbers or moving hands
It always just says now
Now you may be thinking that I was had
But this watch is never wrong

I am the minority, but have had both the 88, 89 and even the 252.

A three day in-house GMT would be a win for me. My guess is the hour hand sets independently vs the older 88/89/252 where the gmt hand sets independently.
