What a threesome
What a threesome
I dunno, I've been thinking hard about a 233, but for whatever reason, these simple PAMs just speak to me more. And while they're all amazing, and I love the domed sapphire on the 422 and especially the 127, I still like the 372 best. It's a beast on my wrist, but it's by far the watch I get the most compliments on.

Re: What a threesome
In the end I like all 3.
I don't wear my 127 for preservation purposes so I need to get 422 to have in a rotation.
You're right though 47mm of shiny steel gets people's attention

Re: What a threesome
I love both the 372 and 422 equally but the 372 has a cleaner and more vintage look.

The base dialed Panerai's are the DNA of the brand. I'm hoping to add a 372 in 2014.

Hot threesome Rahul for sure...Too bad those 47MM are like sun dials on my wrist..

Re: What a threesome
+1 the 127 baffles me in light of the 372. Apparently the Paneristi value LEs/SEs above all else hence the over inflated 127 prices. But you're right, 127 prices do seem to be falling.aboen wrote: At the price and with the 422/372 around, I don’t get the 127

Well Drew it's a good thing Panerai makes different models for everyoneaboen wrote:Got to see the 422 a coupe a months ago, it’s freakin' gorgeous! However, the 372 without a doubt is still the clear winner for me.
127 – 1950 on the dial completely ruins it for me. The going price (even though it has come down a lot) is laughable for what it is. At the price and with the 422/372 around, I don’t get the 127
The one you just got for instance I don't get at all either.
Re: What a threesome
I absolutely love the 372 and 422, but they are just so damn big. I wish they could shave off a couple of mm. That being said, i could see myself trying one sometime. The sub dial on the 127 looks ridiculous. Way too small.

But I can't wear either on my girly wrist anyway

Re: What a threesome
My kind of threesome. While I prefer PAMs of the base and sub variety, the only models I wouldn't buy would be the Big Egiziano and any of the 40mm models. What can I say:
Re: What a threesome
Three winners. I'll have to buck the trend and say the 422 is my favorite.
Re: What a threesome
Beautiful trio!

I'd like to have your problem, and a sensational threesome. Jules
