Grail Arrival
Grail Arrival
Finally! I've lusted for the 194 since its release in 2004. I first saw one on vacation in St Thomas in the display case, and it was love at first sight. Alas, it was out of my price range, but I walked away with a consolation prize and my first PAM, a 112G. Well, I had enough hardware to offer in trade this time around, and managed to work a deal with Mark ( ), and finally, I can strap this gorgeous beast on my wrist. Here's a quick-n-dirty Iphone shot after unboxing:
I'll try to take more pictures, and give a mini review in the coming days. Meanwhile, I'm going to enjoy it's company.

Congrats!
Re: Grail Arrival
Don't think I've ever seen that one before. Very nice! I like the case shape and the bezel; from your picture, it looks a little different from what I'm used to seeing with Panerais.

Re: Grail Arrival
Thanks guys! No, unfortunately, I traded it for a 176 which I quickly flipped for a 243 ( keeper). Not only was it my first PAM, which I had been desperately wanting since '99, but I had worn it during the births of my two children.....loads of sentimental value; not to mention it really is a bad a$$ watch in the G configuration. Here's a pic with my son:aboen wrote:The 194 is Bad A$$!
Still got your 112G? I want one of those.
