Props for the Gunny Nato and Pics

Post by RALAustin » Sat Dec 15, 2012 6:12 am

I bought a 24mm thin leather Gunny Nato strap from Mike a week or so ago that comes with leather keepers in part because I thought it would be an awesome choice for the 337 and potentially help me decide to keep it around. I ended up liking it on the 337 and really liked it on the 177, but once I got buyers for the 337 and 177 I decided to try it on the 106. Long story short, I think it works/worked well on all three and am thinking of getting some different sizes. The 337 and 177 have now departed, but thought I would post up pics in case anyone is looking for a really cool vintage looking nato. The leather keepers obviously do not feel as rugged as steel and the leather is thin so it is is not best for heavy steel watches, but it is incredibly comfortable on the wrist and if you have a titanium or smaller, thinner vintage looking watch I think it would be a great option

I have a gunny NATO with the steal keepers. Love that strap.

Looks best on your sub, IMO.
