Planet ocean 43.5mm Blue has arrived...

Post by sierra11b » Wed Oct 31, 2018 2:55 pm

... And I'm head over heals.

Asked Ed how it wore compared to the MM300 we all love (and hate) prior to pulling the trigger as I did not have them size the bracelet at the OB when I tried.

That moment when you think to yourself "this is how the MM300 should wear but don't really give a damn" is the best way to describe the watch. Wears like a SBGA029 with slightly more heft once fitted.

SD4K sale regrets prior to Rolex discontinuing vanished.

The blue is perfect. So happy I went with this color.

Thank you.

The blue is great.

The blue wears smaller than the black and black & orange for sure, or I've gained 50lbs since last week.

I actually had to check the movement number as I couldn't quite remember how the 39.5 wore.

That is fantastic!

As I get older, watches over 42mm are starting to feel too big, but that looks like the perfect size

Wears flush to my wrist with the scalloped case back burrowing into my chubby wrist. Been some time since I could knock out 82 clear-the-plane-push-ups in two minutes with 20 seconds to spare.

That looks really good, congrats!!

Replacing my 2500 PO with a blue Ti model has always been in the back of my head.
