Omega service recommendation

Looking for recommended shop for a friend at work who needs service for his father's/inherited Omega. I didn't look at it too closely but I'm guessing 1960's Seamaster. He's hesitant to ship it and is hoping for a skilled shop in southern Orange County CA. I will get a picture unless he thinks that's weird, but it's similar to this minus BOR. Thank you.
