If anyone is interested I can post a photo of the actual award. I've forgotten which astronauts signed my father's award, so I'm actually curious myself. My father designed the life support systems used on the Shuttle and the International Space Station (plus some of the later Apollo missions).

I get the historical connection but seriously dislike cartoon characters emblazoned on my stuff.

Of course I asked nicely. Moish and M@tt both tried to no avail. I'm probably the least technical guy in this group so it's a mystery to me.

I dunno. The Snoopy iconography is a lot like nose art. It works on anything aviation related. It's good to go IMO. I could do without the text but the overall design is solid and I dig the funky lume so it gets a thumbs up from me.

They had me at glow-in-the-dark-Snoopy.
Mine lands late August/early September.
