I love it and great size indeed. I’d be in at 1200-1300 but 2K is too much.

A roughly equivalent Damasko would run about $1300, so this is definitely priced on the high end.

That date placement is terrible. I can’t tell. Does it have the useless capsule in the case? If so, that’s why it’s expensive.

RGM has been servicing and doing the gas-fill and capsule replacement for years now.
While I don’t find added value in either, they don’t bother me (except for an unnecessary opening in the case).
The watch would be ideal for me, even at the current price, if there was no date to ruin the symmetry.

You like to complain about things that are not really issues. The only thing that can’t be serviced in the US is an oil filled watch like the UX, or a replacement crystal on a U series.
