Interesting: http://www.sinn.de/de/Modell/EZM_7.htm
I find this watch interesting, although not sure about all those colors on bezel.

Re: New Sinn EZM 7
My German is pretty rough but based on the images and info in the PDF, it looks like they are trying to revive the old EZM 4 model based on a flipped 856/7 UTC engine. There's not much "special" to it except they have added that scale for quickly calculating respirations (the color coded bezel markings, like on the EZM4), and they flipped the 2893-2 engine so it has a left-handed crown.
I liked the old EZM 4, being a former hose dragger; but, this one does not do anything for me. We shall see when a real photo comes out.
EDIT: To clarify my take that it's a reintro of the EZM4 scheme, a photo...
The bezel color inserts mimic the scales used on the EZM4, which were meant to assist field medical personnel in quickly calculating respiration and heart rate. The new EZM 7 appears to have the same markings.
In the available PDF file on the EZM 7, it refers to "colored coded turning ring is simple to serve and facilitates the fast adjusting and reading off the most important assignments for respirator carriers" and "best conditions for demanding use with fire-brigade and emergency service." Sounds like the EZM 4. The scale is basically a tachymeter, but instead of calculating miles or km per hour, you're calculating respirations/HR per minute.
Supposedly though, the EZM 4 scale was also meant to help guage "bottle time" but since departments carry a myriad of air bottles from 15min to 90 min, and if you can skip breathe, the time varies...plus we have meters on the SCBA to give you that info. My last facepiece even had a "heads-up" disply of colored lights to let me know much much air/time was left in my bottle.

OT: okay, while by not asking before this post, I have pretended to know the answer and hence be cool, I can't stand it anymore.....what is the advantage of left side crown and pushers? Seems like it would drive me crazy?
thank you & carry on

Re: New Sinn EZM 7
The mission timer EZM 7 with color coded bezel is easy to use and facilitates the rapid set and view the most important periods of use for breathing apparatus support - from CSA to LPA. As with our diving watches can be the captive bezel with gloves also set. We have the ECM for the harshest of conditions designed 7 - particularly resistant to the penetration of water and dust, to scratching, temperature changes and the influence of magnetic interference fields. The TEGIMENT housing reaches a surface hardness of 1200 Vickers. And both sides anti-glare sapphire crystal and luminous indices allow optimum readability, day or night. Best conditions for hard use by firefighters and rescue service.

Yeah it mimics the old EZM 4 which is way better looking not to mention it has Lemania 5100 ticking inside!

I dig it, Rasta' colors and all. Would I have choose different colors if consulted? Probably, but what?
43mm, destro, Sinn rubber, lume-probably great, functions I have and would use...Idl give one a whirl, after one of you puts it up on the SC. I certainly don't want to get one from Watch Buys.
