The lugs are very, very snug in the 1.1
Wu can confirm this as well.

I think he means just in general, they seem long. Longer than most spring bars for 22mm lugs.

I totally agreed. I didn’t measure but it feels like they use 24mm bars.

Snug as a bug in a rug. I'm glad I'm not the only one. They didn't budge for me. I guess I'll be wearing this on rubber for a while.

I used a nice bent fork style and it worked out well. I think a burgeon or whatever it’s called.

I used a burgeon. The fork would engage, but it would actually slip and not budge.

Looking good.
Sinn rubber is always tricky to put on or remove. A little water may help.

1,000 years from now, humans will be remembered for 3 things:

1) the printing press
2) blues music
3) Sinn EZM 1.1

Honorable mention to the Magna Carta, but EZM1.1 beat it out for #3

I’m pretty certain that making watches isn’t what history is going to remember the Germans for.

Well, I need to set up a GTG to try one of these. Size wise it probably wont stay, but damn if this isn’t one of coolest Sinn out there. How does it wear compared to an U1?

Joe, I don’t find it any different. Both wear great. The U1 is thinner, but that’s about it.

I found it more wearable than a U1 on my 6.5” wrist. Very well balanced with perfect proportions for the size. It’s still a big watch (to me), though. Definitely heavy on bracelet.

The lug to lug on the U1 is 50 while the 1.1 is 47 (or maybe 48) but it wears better. Not that the U1 is uncomfortable but the 1.1 wears better on my wrist due to the shorter lug to lug

If I had to choose, I think it wears better than the U-2/U-2. Both wear comfortably well on my 6.75" wrist.

BBK357 wrote:Here's your unofficial non-caliper lug-to-lug measurement on the EZM 1.1

It's looking like 47mm. Just a C hair under, but I see about 47mm. BTW I did this multiple times and taking a pic was just for a little proof, as it was difficult to hold w one hand.
I also measured the U1P to check my measurement ability and it looks to be right at 50mm.

Thanks Ben, there's hope for me as the U1 wore great for me.

No prob. Yeah it wore smaller than the u1 because of the L2L/ but I’ll echo above and say it’s pretty darn heavy on bracelet.

I really wish I could make this happen. This one and the SLA017, and I'd own all of my favorite mid-priced releases of 2017 (along with the U1P and ST).
