Great job on the article and, again, great job on the watch. I'll get into some belt-fed weapon systems in the next week or so but as far as above ground "work" goes with this thing: it's badass and not missing a beat.
I've had more compliments and questions about this watch than any I've ever owned before. I love it.

That's what I like to hear. I wanted this to be a watch you looked forward to putting on every day and didn't want to take off just because you were at work.Grahamcombat wrote:Great job on the article and, again, great job on the watch. Great article. I love the fact that you can tell what time it is in all of these photos. Such a legible watch.
I'm curious, does the U2's case have any differences other than the domed crystal, to give it it's 2,000m WR?

The problem is there should be a special hoodwink-only price in the five figures. Then they'd sell out in seconds.CGSshorty wrote:I love Hodinkee commentary:

^^^ Just about the dumbest comment I've ever heard. Nothing about the U1-P suggests Bathyscaphe.

Re: U1-Professional on Hodinkee
well, it has a black dial and a black bezel, so i guess there's that?
Re: U1-Professional on Hodinkee
Fantastic. Congratulations Chris. Great piece. Looking forward to your next one.

Cool right up for a cool watch, regardless of Flapmaster's comment.
