Love the watch. I wore a U1 daily for about a years 6-7 years ago and then sold it. So nice to have another, especially this very special edition. Despite my preference for 40-42mm watches, I forgot how wearable the U1 is. Not any thicker than the SKX that I had on earlier today. Love all of the changes on this version. Second hand tends to get lost, but that is ok. I keep putting the watch on upside down. Will take awhile to get used to 10 o'clock crown. Black monotone bezel is makes it feel more serious than the original or the SDR. I liked the playful original color scheme as well, but love this look.

Fabulous work Chris.

I have to say I was a little taken back when I opened the box yesterday for this one. Not the watch's fault, but amazingly this is my first Sinn of any kind (never even seen one in person) and it's very different than what I usually wear. At first I thought it was a little too subdued and combined with not being able to get the bracelet to fit right, I thought I made a mistake getting one.

After wearing it nonstop on the tang rubber and now Zulu, I get it. It's almost perfect in its utility and simplicity. The matte dial is amazing in the sunlight and I don't think I've ever had a watch with such good legibility. Its true about how it wears - the lug to lug makes its very manageable for my 6.5" wrist, which I was worried about. I wore it to sleep last night as well and the lume was plenty strong when I woke up this morning.

Good stuff and very glad I got in on it. Great job, Chris.

The U1 is the most wearable 44mm watch I've tried on. And it's not close.

I agree. I have sworn off anything 42 and above. U1 is a huge exception. The design is very well thought out. They underside if the case is sculpted out to make it sink into the wrist and be less slab sided (Pelagos). Also, not only are the lugs short, they taper toward the outside.

It looks great on you, Todd. The bracelet is probably the worst choice for small wrists, anyway.

Thanks, Chris. Agreed. I love it on rubber and nylon.

I'm glad everyone likes it as much as I do. I was afraid I had built it up too much.
