EZM2 GSG9 incoming

Post by andy tims » Tue Jan 24, 2017 3:16 am

I guess I'm missing my EZM1 which is still at Sinn being serviced (it's been a long wait), but this will help.

It's beautiful! I really miss mine. Your kit is awesome.

I love yours, the bezel is so much better being black.

Here's the one I sold last summer, hope to get it back someday-

That's a really nice conditioning example. Would you mind sharing approximately what one of these costs these days?

Thanks

I paid £1,650, which given the weak pound will probably seem cheap in the US

That is pretty reasonable. I'd really like an ezm2 to go with my ezm1.

how long has it been? I recently had mine done at RGM, they said 6-8 weeks and it took about 10 weeks (waited for parts from FRFT). Always wondered if it would be faster/slower from the mother ship?

Sinn have had the EZM1 since mid October. They took ages to give me a quote, then said it would be done mid Feb. Now they are saying Mid March :angryfire:

Moving all of the equipment to the brand new facility has severely delayed all of their service work.

It's apparently delayed the Shorty U1 SE too. :raised:

yea, that's stretching it out, sorry to hear that. but if it is being worked on at the new facility, I'd be very tempted to go pick it up in person and get a tour.

the above comment to andy was regarding an ezm1 of mine that was recently serviced at rgm. but yes, the ezm2 battery has died.
