MunichTime 2016
MunichTime 2016
I hinted earlier that Sinn had some nice new watches to announce tomorrow at MunichTime. I'll be in a conference most of the day, so I'm posting the link to WatchBuys now. The link is live, but there are no photos or other information until tomorrow.

Blue dial U1 and 41-42mm would do it for me.pbj204 wrote:Blue dial U1 would be nice
Re: MunichTime 2016
That U1 in U212 scheme is cool. The second pic is really interesting
Re: MunichTime 2016
That's them. Sinn decided to announce a day ahead of schedule.

Horrible is what it is. The hand is a knife ffs.
Re: MunichTime 2016
I think it's pretty cool, is that KSK something in shiny black on black dial?JP Chestnut wrote:Horrible is what it is. The hand is a knife ffs.
I swear I just want a U2 without a GMT hand and 24-hour circle, how hard is that
Re: MunichTime 2016
So it's based on 47mm 212 case I take it, damn it
Re: MunichTime 2016
I think so. They would have called it a U2 it it was 44mm. Just a guess, though.Panerai7 wrote:So it's based on 47mm 212 case I take it, damn it

Re: MunichTime 2016
Obviously the people at Sinn know a heck of a lot more than we do about what sells and what doesn't, but I think they missed an opportunity on this one. For something with seemingly wide appeal like the U2C, I can't see how limiting it to 50 pieces sold only within Germany is smart business. It essentially means they can never put this watch into production without pissing off the 50 buyers who believed they were buying an LE, or turning off potential buyers of future LEs who will wonder if their LE will really be limited at all. So I don't think there's much hope of ever seeing this one again...Panerai7 wrote:This, exactly!
