I disagree. The grey 556 is gorgeous and will out immediately. The 910 Anniversary is also beautiful, in my opinion.
The camo U1 has been in the oven for a long time. Their market research suggests all 500 will sell out quickly, but obviously not everyone finds it attractive.

i have to admit, i'm vaguely tempted to try to pull the trigger on one of the anthracite 556s instead of the U1T i'm "this close" to pulling the trigger on.

I want one too, even though it is much smaller than I ever wear.

it's exactly where i like my pilot watches. i have the maratac mid right now which is on my mid-time-frame upgrade list which is 39mm and i like that size for it quite a bit.

I am torn on this B-Uhr. In photos the fauxtina looks too dark, and it shouldn't have a date window. I'm curious to see how they sell when you can get a more faithful Laco or Stowa for less money. Do the extra Sinn technologies make a difference in this category?

Agreed.

Give it a matching sword your hand, then ditch the 3-6-9 placed numbers.

If I were buying in this category I'd go Laco or Stowa. This one seems to be an odd melding of B-Uhr and modern styling.

I've known about this watch for about a year now. It was so hard to not spoil the surprise for you guys.
Please PM me next time. It might help me not puke so much when I actually saw it. Tell your contacts to run any new LE ideas by me and I'll promise to not let them embarrass themselves. I'll take my fee in one single Sinn 6066, and it will take a fraction of the time their "market research" is taking.

I'm going out on a limb, but I'm pretty confident there are not too many southern good ol boy deer hunters looking for Camo U1s. :banghead:

Not sure an extra 500 watches some are worth tarnishing their reputation.

Let's remember what they already do right, to contrast how bad this is.

I think you'll appreciate my take on the U1, whenever it finally makes it to market.

The desert camo was cool. This one is just stupid looking, and the camo pattern used is pretty much defunct.
