Sinn T1 and T2 now available in blue
Sinn T1 and T2 now available in blue
I'm not a huge fan of these watches, mostly due to the hands. This is a nice blue dial, though.

Still don't like, but the blue is an improvement.

I don't like the blue more than I don't like the black.
Re: Sinn T1 and T2 now available in blue
Like black better
Re: Sinn T1 and T2 now available in blue
black is better IMO, that said i just can't get into the watch, the hands are odd to me and the case shape...

You're not wrong. Many people would have preferred a titanium 42mm U1 update.ericf4 wrote:black is better IMO, that said i just can't get into the watch, the hands are odd to me and the case shape...

Omega / Tudor / Rolex / Sinn / Doxa / Seiko

Black date wheels under a blue dial is a pet peeve. I don't understand why a premium watch maker can't get color matched date wheels made...

Skip the ti and add the u212 hands and it would be perfect.Joeprez wrote:IndeedCGSshorty wrote:You're not wrong. Many people would have preferred a titanium 42mm U1 update.ericf4 wrote:black is better IMO, that said i just can't get into the watch, the hands are odd to me and the case shape...

Sinn I get, they're not really a premium brand. Omega, however, is a wtf.Ryeguy wrote:Black date wheels under a blue dial is a pet peeve. I don't understand why a premium watch maker can't get color matched date wheels made...

Yes. A titanium U1 would be ideal. I'll take one please.CGSshorty wrote:You're not wrong. Many people would have preferred a titanium 42mm U1 update.ericf4 wrote:black is better IMO, that said i just can't get into the watch, the hands are odd to me and the case shape...

Sinn wasn't a premium brand when Helmut ran it but it sure is now under Schmidt. Still tool watches but they're not cheap anymore.JP Chestnut wrote:Sinn I get, they're not really a premium brand. Yup, that's a pet peeve of mine also, and is the first thing I noticed on this one. But even if the date wheel was blue, I'd still prefer the black version.Ryeguy wrote:Black date wheels under a blue dial is a pet peeve. Re: Sinn T1 and T2 now available in blue
Sinn has been just off the mark lately. The T1 and T2 would have been great with just a few design tweaks (e.g., hand shape). Just like the U200 would have been great if it were just a tad bigger. People have been crying for a U1/UX type automatic watch in 40mm, and Sinn just can't seem to deliver.
The U2 C is the only thing recently from Sinn that has me salivating. But then it's a highly limited edition and a tad too big for me at 44mm.
