Watchbuys LNIB Sale Tomorrow
I figured I'd be the 12th person to post this, like with the RGM announcement, but I don't see it on the forum.

Got that email too. I just assumed someone else would have posted by now as well. Wonder how good the deals will be.

Have we learned nothing from the recent U1 incident
Although knowing Watch Buys, the "deals" won't be that much to write home about.

This image shows some of the watches in the sale:
Re: Watchbuys LNIB Sale Tomorrow
Yep. The sale starts at 1pm today. Art will miss it though cause he never knows what time it is.
only accurate watches are interesting

I would like to know what they'll be asking for 358.

I know it says "watches" but I'm hoping they have a 103 bracelet in the mix

All bracelets go back to Germany. None for this sale.

Not interested in Sinn. While I've enjoyed the ones I've owned - and Sinn builds a great looking product - I'm gonna pass on anything that has to go to Germany for service, especially when the QC is so spotty.

Re: Watchbuys LNIB Sale Tomorrow
It all depends on the discount IMO. A great discount means I might deal with it. If it's 10% off, I'll pass.hoppyjr wrote:Not interested in Sinn. I really want a 103St, but I doubt there will be one as part of the sale. Definitely not one in the collage picture. That 358 Jubilee is something to think about, but it'd probably wear larger than I like. So I'll leave that for Art.
Re: Watchbuys LNIB Sale Tomorrow
I heard they had a nos ezm1 they were selling for what they sold for years ago- like $1800.

I guess this means you won't be selling me yours. JK. I'll have my own soon, the draw is getting too much. And watches I'm looking for never pop up used until after I've bought them new...rockmastermike wrote:I know it says "watches" but I'm hoping they have a 103 bracelet in the mix

Re: Watchbuys LNIB Sale Tomorrow
How much of a discount is that, really, though? 50% off Muhle is not the same as 50% off a Sub.streetracer101 wrote:Their muhle sale was solid...50% off retail

358 is very comfortable on the wrist. I tried on Brice's when he had one 367 watches ago and it was very nice and true to its 42 (I think) mm size.

Re: Watchbuys LNIB Sale Tomorrow
42 is right at my current limit, and 42 all dial/no bezel can feel big. I know, I'm a wimp. I did actually wear a standard 358 before and it was fine, but that may have been when I was less wimpy. If it was a great deal I'd probably give it a try, but it'd probably be listed here FS next week...Panerai7 wrote:jswing wrote:I really want a 103St, but I doubt there will be one as part of the sale. The 3536 is the largest wearing 42mm watch I've ever tried. If you were good with that, you'll be good with the Sinn for sure.jswing wrote:42 is right at my current limit, and 42 all dial/no bezel can feel big. I know, I'm a wimp.
