The Pro has known mainspring cragle issues. Good luck with that...

FWIW, Every time I've dealt with Doxa CS, they eventually got it sorted out provided I remained polite and professional. This sounds like an easy fix for Doxa, assuming they don't just send you a replacement watch.

The 1200T is a really great watch, IMHO the best non-Titanium watch Doxa has yet made. I hope you stick it out as I love wearing mine and you likely will too.

EDIT: I see you got it sorted out. Great!
