Difficulty Raising DOXA to Place Order

Guys, I've been trying to get ahold of DOXA to place an order. No luck. The Chat line is down, they don't answer the phone and their website has not been updated to reflect their holiday pricing. Should I just move on to another brand?

Spoke with Andy yesterday. Placed an order too.

I called them on Wednesday to change the model for my 50th preorder and they picked up right away?

Thanks for your replies guys. I think I'm going with a different company. They just don't seem to on the ball. I've tried to raise them every way I can think of, including Facebook, to know avail.

Don't give up. They will eventually get to you. If you want the watch, stick with it. They have never not delivered, as far as I know.

You do realize you just click the "order" button....fill out the online form....hit submit....and you will get an acknowledgment email.
