I think you are right there, Doxa has pretty come through everytime there was a pre-order if I recall correctly. They at least keep people informed via the forum.JBZ wrote:I'd do it if you want the watch. Doxa has had their issues, but they've never failed to deliver on a pre-order as far as I know (and within a reasonable period of time).jswing wrote:I hate pre-orders, but at least the deposit is only $500. The Sharkhunter will indeed have white hands.

That looks great. I want all three dials. And I'm loving that bracelet.

Oh man that Sharkhunter looks awesome. I would love to get one of each. I'll be lucky to manage one!

Surely too small for me, but that black dial with white hands is cool. Heck, they're all cool.
Re: DOXA's 50th Anni Sub peek
I wonder if the bracelet would fit my 1200t? I would like some taper

The pics on WUS really show the case and bracelet, and it looks amazing.

Ok it seems that the bracelet has 20mm endlinks, then goes out to 24mm at the first link then tapers down to 20mm at the clasp.
It is more authentic to the original 300(t), but not really what I was looking for when I said I would like a tapered bracelet for my 1200t (..oh well )
It would probably make the bracelet wear larger than the straight 20mm bracelet I guess..
I still think it looks good as a whole, but will forget the notion of this bracelet on a 1200t

I like the painted or polished hands. The white hands wash out with the white lume. I like that top hat looking sapphire on it.

Last doxa I got - I ordered a diving star GMT before the holidays on the special....was dead on arrival. Told me 2 months to repair.
At the special offer price of 1500, figured how bad could it be? Well bad.
I like the watch, but trust them as far as I can throw them.

It doesn't use numbers or moving hands

I don't believe the 300 was originally offered with those two dials, thus also not with the reissue. I could be wrong about that, however.andrema wrote:Where is the Divingstar and Caribbean?

This is a re-creation of the 1967 model, there was no Divingstar or Caribbean then.andrema wrote:Where is the Divingstar and Caribbean?

Seriously though, I've had 6 or 7 Doxas and never had a problem with any of them.
