Can you align anything at all with the bezel knob?
As far as I know, it just moves the bezel, it would be a nightmare if anything else moved in addition.
By "align", do you mean as most people interpret the word or the Doxa concept of align?

That sucks, Matt. Glad to hear that the seller did the right thing. On to the NEXT!

Now THAT is tasteful. I know I'm gonna ruffle some feathers here but the Doxa looks like a mall watch to me. And apparently made as well.

Yeah f*ck Doxa in the face!
<Hides wrist>
Seriously that does suck. Pretty shitty for the seller not to disclose such a significant flaw. For all the Doxa shitting I still do not believe they (Doxa) say it is not a flaw they have covered less from posts on the forum that shall not be named. Either way it should not be your issue to deal with. Hopfully the seller does the right thing and comes thru with the refund.

I can almost guarantee that the original owner never told Alfred about the hour hand.
Although he thinks it is no big deal, he opted to contact Doxa about it.
It is something that should be shared with a prospective buyer.
"Oh by the way, the watch is f#%ked up".
Since they are friends, and I will be getting my money back, I am not going to pursue who knew what prior to my purchase.

That is good to hear. If you like the brand I hope you get another shot at one down the road. Maybe a rabbits foot or some voodoo first next time. ; ) best of luck either way.

I've said it before, but this is the straw, no more Doxa's for me.

Hey Matt, sorry for the problem. However I am pretty sure any watch repair man worth its salt can adjust that hand. It is really not a big deal for someone who knows what to do, maybe a whole of 20 minutes between opening, doing and closing the case. Maybe 25 minute since this is GMT and has an extra hand to adjust.
