No more 1200T, replaced by the 45mm 1500T.

I'm kind of surprised they would move to all large cases in their lineup.

That is surprising. No classic-sized models in their collection at the moment.

Dumb. The 1200t is the best watch they ever released IMHO. Maybe they want to move to an all $2,000 + line-up.

I'm not a watch company owner and I don't pretend to be one but I agree with JB-dumb move in terms of size and price point.

It could be a ploy to blow out the remaining "small" "cheap" watches, then in a move to make it look like they care what their customers think-bring them back to sell even more.

Nope-not enough profit margin and it would honor the history of Doxa too much. Onward and upward with the Invicta-ization of the once beloved brand.

They have a few left, I've always liked the watch so I ordered the professional today and I have to say they have answered all my queries very quickly even late last night.

The best thing about stuff like this are the Doxa fanbois on WUS (all 10 of them). One of them posted something about how Doxa must be great because the 1200T has sold out so quickly.

First of all, the 1200T has been a Doxa offering for what, 3 or 4 years now? - hardly a quick sell out. Second, Doxa could always make more if they wanted to. My guess is that Moish is right - sometime in the next year or so we're going to see a new 42 mm Doxa, but offered at $2,500 instead of $1,900.

Dunno Jeff....my Searambler originally sold for under $200 in '67. I guess if you wait it out, technically that's correct
