Interesting thread over at the official DOXA forum. I didn't realize that DOXA covered import duties for US buyers.

DOXA pays import duties for US buyers?
Re: DOXA pays import duties for US buyers?
Huh, I have purchased 2 new watches from Doxa over the years. I was billed by Fedex to pay some sort of fee. Don't recall what it was for but I definitely got charged for something...
Whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're right. Henry Ford.

Maybe a brokerage fee, rather than duty?jln319 wrote:Huh, I have purchased 2 new watches from Doxa over the years. I was billed by Fedex to pay some sort of fee. Don't recall what it was for but I definitely got charged for something...

Since 2005, DOXA USA pays customs and duties and all fees for all DOXAs entering the US, I hope that was not a glitch in FedEx's systemjln319 wrote:Huh, I have purchased 2 new watches from Doxa over the years.
