My first post here in your Doxa forum, just looking for some info. A Doxa 5000 Sharkhunter in PVD has caught my eye - clean looking watch and I believe the black coated ones are few in number. The website lists it at around $2600 direct from Doxa.
What is a reasonable price on a lightly worn one? My search efforts have not come up with many data points on the 5000 in any form, and none of the "Military" version. Not looking to buy new, so any guidance on used prices very appreciated!

Re: Sharkhunter Info?
The 5000 line seems to have prices in the 1400 to 1900 range from what I've seen. Prices are subjective though so if it's what you are looking for and you can afford it and are comfortable with paying the price, buy it. The biggest mistake I've made in this hobby is passing on a watch I really wanted, ie grail, because I thought it was overpriced... Took me over a year to find another and I ended up paying more. So, it's really up to you, how much are you comfortable paying?

Check Watch Recon. There are a couple of 5000t's that have listed recently; I want to say in the $1,400 to $1,500 range. They were regular stainless.
Re: Sharkhunter Info?
^^^I take it back - $1,600 to $1,700 range.

I saw the 5000T Mil on ebay at $1800 BIN. But I figure ebay prices are a bit high these days.
The $1500-$1800 range seems pretty good to me for the right watch!
Pulled the trigger - now to go get it and see!
