Man if only DOXA could hook up with Watchbuys .... they could successfully alienate the full 100% of their customers.

Apparently they "already" refunded him, Doxa replied a minute ago.

Yeah, their email supposedly got stuck in the Op's 'spam folder'. LOL

No matter, it looks like they will do the right thing. Hopefully it will become a habit!

He is the reason that threads get locked and why we cannot have anything nice.

Vlad almost got a WUS beat down for injecting a little humor... And honesty... In that thread!
I feel for the guy. And you gotta love the spam folder excuse... Somehow the first email made it through just fine but the second didn't ??? :)
If it wasn't for that thread that guy would still be holding his breath :)

Interesting that the first two responses didn't get stuck in the spam folder :)

If I was him, I'd just return for a refund and move on. I mean why push your luck right?

I read these bad Doxa cs threads here and am glad to see they don't get s..tcanned like they do over there... I've never commented until now... They are the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. For a watch that costs a couple grand it's pathetic. I've received much better service from companies whose watches don't cost near as much... I've been trying to get some screws for a 5000T bracelet for about a year now... I've emailed, chatted on their website, talked to the guy on the phone(many times), even gave them my CC info once... nothing... It's bad enough they charge for them but, c'mon... It's a damn screw... I have also been trying to get them to either fix or let me buy a new clasp for my 300T-graph for a couple months now. The extension won't lock. I'm always told(twice now) they they need to check with the head office... Head office? WTF? Maybe he was getting head when he told me that because he sure as hell forgot about my issue... It's so incredibly frustrating that I have given up... I really like their watches but I've reached the end... I won't buy another one...

Welcome, Jeff.

Great first post, Doxa customer service stories are an unfortunate, continuing nightmare.

Thanks, I guess for a first post it's not a great intro. I've never tried to post anything like this over there because I knew it was a waste of time.. Sorry for the rant...

Most of us have been bit similarly. Most of us like/love the watches but hate the company too. Welcome to DWC.
