That blue one is super sharp. Yes, the hands are definitely on the short side, but for under a grand I could live with them.

Not sure about the Doxa connection, though.

There is a relationship somewhere, but I cannot tell you where.
I understood that Syncron handled distribution for Aquadive, but they were separate companies.
They are the same people, but registered separate companies. Under the bonnet its all the same.

I like the black dial/orange bezel combo.

I bought a cheap watch from a crazy man

It doesn't use numbers or moving hands
It always just says now

i prefer the original in all aspects- the peaked hands, the recess on the case side for the crown, the slight curve of the lugs is more pleasing to the eye.
Amen. The original oozes quality, this other, not so much. F all those companies and their piss poor CS and QC. Mike I hope it works out for you, shame you needed it so bad they get your dollars.

It doesn't have the "wow" factor for me but when they turn up in the sales forums I might just try one. Of course, black dial, orange bezel or all orange would be the ones  Can't wait to see some 'real life' pics of them.

See, I've have never been disappointed by them....in quality and customer service. Their forum blows chimp, as David is want to say, but I've found a line between those sad little men and the manufacturer. I hasn't been easy, at times being as angry as I was.

I honestly like the design, and the value fits a point for me. We'll see...I can always spin it off if it's less than expected.

That's exactly how I feel. I've owned 4 750s and all were excellent watches for the price. All kept COSC time as well. Granted, the forum sucks and fortunately I've never had to buy $100 endlinks or deal with their CS, but I'd still buy another DOXA if the right one came along at the right time.

I really like this, and bought the black/yellow. I always enjoyed my Doxas and found their CS to be fine.

I think I'm gonna go for it...
Blue or silver dial??

I've owned 10+ Doxas and have no complain about the watches at all. Forum is another thing.

News alert! Doxa just stated over on the WUS dive forum that the cases will be made in Switzerland in the same factory the Doxa cases are made in...
