first one Ive seen on Recon from Trusted Grey seller

Retail on the Tudor site for the leather is $3575 https://www.tudorwatch.com/watches/new- ... 830rb-0002

Grey seller listed at $4625 https://forums.watchuseek.com/f30/fsot- ... 32303.html

These aren't supposed to be hard to get like Rolex, right??

Guess the premium is for those who want to be first??

Good looking watch either way

I’m sure someone on TRF will pay it in order to be “the first”.

I have never understand that why someone would pay more just to say "I have it".

Yep. They will be hard to get for a few months and demand a premium, but by years end places will be stocked up.

Price is nuts. Especially for the strap model.

Stupid to pay premium....Walk into a Tourneau and order one for $3500 if you need one now.

This one started at $4,300 and has bumped down to $3,675. Perhaps people aren’t so stupid after all.

Not surprised no one’s biting in this one. I imagine not many would buy this watch on just the Nato strap at a premium.

I guess the days of Tudor including the Nato as a second strap are gone.

Tudor still includes the nato…..you buy it on leather or the bracelet and get the nato.

Are you sure? None of the BB GMTs that I’ve seen on the grey market come with two straps, and the Tudor website no longer markets any of their watches that way. They used to explicitly say the watches came with a second strap. Now they just say you have a choice of straps (bracelet, leather, or Nato).

That wouldn’t count any stock that ADs or greys still have that were originally shipped with two straps, but Tudor appears to be moving away from including the Nato gratis.

From my research, Tudor stopped including the nice nato/cloth straps when they switched to in-house movements. That's why they show all three versions on the Tudor website now, with leather and nato references at the same price, and bracelet is a little more (of course).

The nato was only for the BBs correct? My Pelagos (on bracelet) also came with a rubber strap.

I thought Tudor stopped including a second strap (rubber or nato) on all their current watches

They did it for the BB, the Ranger, and the Heritage Chrono.

On edit: and the rubber strap with the Pelagos. Have they discontinued including that one, too?

Bummer. I would have rather been wrong in this case. The bonus strap was a nice feature.

We are talking about a cheap nylon NATO strap after all. That can be had for next to nothing...am I missing something?

Well, the Tudor Natos were a little nicer than a $10 version, but I agree that you can get the same look for next to nothing. And I'm sure the Tudor Natos are overpriced for what they are.

However, what I liked about it was that Tudor was acknowledging that watch fans often enjoy changing straps and decided to cater to that part of the hobby. So I'm kind of bummed. But I'll get over it.

I thought it was a $180 strap? I would call it cheap that is for sure.

I won't miss that freebie. Honestly it's too short too flimsy, fixed location for the bars. basically a meh.

I just bought the LHD Pelagos a few weeks ago and additional rubber strap was included.
