Like the U1Pro, the 126600 is a large watch that wears a bit smaller. If the U1 is a good fit, the SD43 will feel great. I don’t care for the cyclops or the shine on ceramic bezels, but this is the first modern Rolex diver I can even consider trying, once they start flipping.

Got to handle the 126600, so here are Q&D impressions. It’s nicely weighted and balanced. Much better than the SD4K on my 7.25” wrist. Obviously, I’m partial to the five digit reference SD, and wanted to not like it. But it’s excellent. Much better wearing than the Explorer II or DSSD. Not for everyone obviously. But I see how this works better than the the older 40mm for lots more guys.
