It's like glidelock but not stupidly large and more functional. IWC doesn't get enough credit for that clasp.

I agree. This one has to be seen in person. I'm not a big Rolex fan, but this is the one I'd get.

Thanks for the input everyone.
I'm still torn on the idea but leaning toward keeping the IWCs.
