I don't think simply changing a bracelet would void the Rolex warranty. You could always put the original back on or send it into service without the bracelet. Happy to be proven wrong though - I'll be the first to admit that I don't fully understand their warranty, and there's lots of conflicting information out there.

you guys are probably right, but it seems each RSC has their own rules. hell when having a different bezel insert will void a warranty than that is enough to make me leery of any service center. but I won't own a new one anyway

A lot easier to swap the bracelet than remove the new style bezel with its 20+ parts and one-time use gasket.
