1989-1995, Seiko Diver worn every night and day.
1995-2009, Rolex Submariner (W series), worn every night and day, except when out for servicing.

These days, I usually wear one watch a week. Maybe switch for an hour at night, but I wear one watch solid for at least a week at one time.

Prior to my "problem", I wore the watch my wife gave me as a wedding gift for years at a time. Prior to that, It was a Swiss Army Officers watch that I wore a ton for years.

First watch I bought with my own money was this Fossil in 2010, I wore it daily for 3 years. Then I bought my Citizen BL5250 which I wore daily for a year. Then I joined the watch forums and everything went to hell.

(worn daily 3-years: broken)

Pre-forums adulthood:

Casio G-Shock DW-5800C-1
(worn daily 5-years: Lost in the muck somewhere).

Chronosport UDT Type IIB
(worn daily 4-years: Lost at sea)

Porsche Design Orfina 7750 Chronograph
(worn daily 6-years: Broken and sold for parts)

Post Forums:

Zodiac ZO 8008 (worn daily 4-years, broken/sold)
Casio PRW 2500 J1 has had daily wear for the last 3-years and remains (surprisingly) unbroken!

Various (a dozen or so), mid-range auto divers bought and sold, some broken.
