And I saw the snowflake you were talking about, too. I don't pay as much attention to those, but it seemed pretty high to me.

It's a beautiful watch, but I'd feel kind of weird about buying part of someone's life history like that.

I actually saw it and held it today. Pretty nice. Case back says patent pending because it was so new at the time, the bracelet was even a prototype flip lock.
The original owner was a Navy Seal before he was a fighter pilot before he went into Nuclear Development. With the watch is included some of his metals, patches, cool pictures he took (yes one of those pics is of him launching a rocket from his plane). He also did a big write up of history and is including it.
Price is out of my range, but who ever gets it is also getting a killer story.
