Note the typical water incursion outside of the seal. Will be addressed when the new plexi is installed.
Most experts agree it's not a sign of water getting in the case. Very common on plexi Rolex or Tudors.
Love it !!! Had an offer of a Rolex 16800 sub for the same cash. Definately made the right decision.

Looks great!

Yeah most snowflakes will have a rust line just like that. It is rarely an issue unless the rust ate away too much of the steel and it can't be water tight anymore. All of mine have been cleaned during service, tested and you can never tell.

Be looking out for a faded version. I'm sure the faded one
Was traded in and junked by Rolex at service. :crybaby:

That looks great!!! Is the bezel insert and hands newer "service" parts?

Hands are original . After the various militarys complained about
Peeling dials and Flaking hands they started coating the hands and
Used better paint on the dials apparently.

The bezel inserts are the same as the 5513, 1680 etc. Yes that's a factory
Insert.

Thanks fellas.
