I agree, it has no value to someone looking for a vintage watch. I wouldn't buy it, and I like restored vintage watches.

I would look for a decent vintage example of a model that I like and have it restored.

That watch defies the purpose of buying a vintage watch... :raised: Buy a new one instead.
Depends on what you're looking for in a vintage watch.
Sorry. It's not a vintage watch.
Sure.

Good thing you just want to stick to your rigid definitions instead of, you know, have a discussion on a discussion forum. :raised:
My definition? I don't think many vintage collectors would consider this a vintage watch. For many this watch has little or no collector value.
What did the "vintage collector" community ever do before you came along to be their spokesman?
Jesus. Lighten up, will you?

I am a vintage collector, not a god damn spokesperson. This is my 2 cents. Deal with it.
Foodle doesn't know how to lighten up. He's always moody and always right.

I just want a 1974 1680 or 5513
With all original 1974 parts.
Is that hard to obtain?
Matt how old is yours?
