Hell, I'm on a break, so here's another more dedicated Rolex (ok, Tudor) diver watch:

Got this from Matt via a trade...

...sold it recently.

Would like to get a 14060 or 14060M in the near future. Or maybe a Pepsi.

Great thread. Awesome photos!

Hey, look...I finally found one!

14060M 2 liner

Much more comfortable than the SubC ND on my puny wrist.

^^^Congrats. Just a classic piece.

I am still just loving this one. Bought it on a whim, but it's really sticking.

Thanks!

Nice pick up there too. Maybe that will be my next or a Pepsi 16710.

^^Looks good. I really like those Bulang & Sons straps. I enjoy their website - they do some cool stuff.

A bit of vintage from the family collection.

1971 Rolex Day Date Presidential with Fat Boy dial on barked bracelet. Old school Texas oil man style on the bark job. 18K .....for you old schoolers, sitting on a Robin Trower LP cover. :bananastoner:

Nice T.R. I actually dig that bark finish. A guy seated next to me on a flight had one - old money.

Old money... you are so correct. My uncle gave that watch to my father in 1971 after my father helped him and his family through a major family crisis... my uncle survived a small plane crash being burned over 90% of his body. My uncle was a stock broker and and north Texas/Wichita Falls - Graham oil operator. He was a hell of a cool guy. Personally, I love the bark finish. I'm not much for sentimentality in "things", but this watch is quite special. One day it will be my son's.

My son wore that watch to his senior high school football banquet and was an even bigger stud than usual. ;)
