ND Sub retail
What’s US retail on a ND now? Not that I can afford it at the moment but the AD down here is offering them at $6,792.50, good deal?
Re: ND Sub retail
$7500 if you can find one. Resellers are moving them above retail no problem it seems. Buy it.

They supposedly have stock arriving this week.
Re: ND Sub retail
The recent SS “shortage” seems to indicate the market will easily pay inflated prices. If I were Rolex, I’d capitalize on that. But who knows. Rolex will do as Rolex does, all while still raking in the cash.

Our local AD didn't have any SS Subs or GMTs for over 4 months

Re: ND Sub retail
I believe the shortage is an inventory reduction strategy and an update is forthcoming. Likely not cosmetic (although I’d like that) but a move from 3130 to 3132 movement in the ND and a similar update in the date model. This brings the Paraflex shock absorbers and I’m not sure what, if anything else. It makes sense to consolidate the movements.
This said, I’m hoping we see a revised case with more tapered lugs. A matte dial would be extra special.
Dreaming....

Re: ND Sub retail
That would be great but you're right most likely no cosmetic changes in the SS Sub range. Maybe another Coke/Pepsi something for GMT and that's about it besides.hoppyjr wrote: ↑Tue Feb 20, 2018 8:42 amI believe the shortage is an inventory reduction strategy and an update is forthcoming. You know I was one of he loudest critics of a SubC case but I don't know how Rolex does it, it just sings on the wrist. I haven't once in a week of owning mine said to myself, damn those lugs are fat or something like that. It just works. Maybe that's why there's a shortage of Rolex while others are begging you to buy their watch at 30-35%.
Re: ND Sub retail
Most ADs have everything but the SS sports models.

Spoke to my AD last night and price increase is happening in May. Didn't specify which models, but said it is coming.
