Any one have a good recipe for dying 50%rayon 10%spandex 40% merino wool thread Cobalt Blue?

Last time I wanted to dye my own threads, I caught all kinds of hell from my wife. I can only sneak it in when she is away for a few days. I envy you guys who have open minded wives.

i dunno how you guys do it. if i tried to go after cobalt blue, id end up with a royal blue or even navy! i can never get the shades right.
i just spend the extra and buy the colors, sucks because it really limits my fabric choices.

it's not that hard.yep, I can dye thread too. i'll post up a vid after i get back from the track. gotta log some lap time in the nismo.buying colored thread is for the chicks with sticks forum. man up and learn to mod your own. we used to mod the thread for our custom tactical uniforms when i was in pararescue.it just takes some reps to get it right.if i'm not too wasted on painkillers i'll try and get the vids up later.
