Case Size (Width)

Post by ezcheese » Thu Feb 18, 2010 5:27 am

OK, let's make sure we're on the same page generally speaking. One thing to note for people who have never seen or worn a cushion case before, they do indeed wear smaller than their dimensions generally speaking. Therefore, I will go ahead and post up a poll for case size just to make sure that we are on the same page.

So, What is your preferred case diameter (9:00 to 3:00)?

Also, a quick note, depending on which case width wins out, I will post another poll on height - AKA - lug to lug dimensions.

44 is a perfect size for a cushion styled case IMO

I still think 42MM but a 44MM case that is 50MM lug to lug would
be fine w/me...

I'm all for 44mm. I would buy at this size (other features will weigh in on final decision).

Bezel will also play a factor. Bottom line is... price will be the biggest factor.

Yes, the price is the main factor I agree.. So I guess we should keep it as simple as possible

I voted 44mm, based on my 45mm doxa wearing smaller than my 44mm U1 which wears smaller than my 42mm Seatime.

Okay. Maybe I should change my vote then. I'll leave it up to the cushion case experts. I trust you ...

I voted for 44mm, but 42mm is a decent sized watch and it will create more opportunities for those with slightly smaller wrists, thus I'm fine either way!!!

I agree with the majority, if it's a cushion case then a 44 will wear like a normal 42 anyway.

44 for me :salute:

For me, I'm in for the 44mm which got my vote. 42mm will not cut it for me.
