Which watch to buy Seiko or Tissot?

Hey, i m searching for a watch for myself, was thinking of Movado or Bulova, but one guy on this forum told me to better look through Tissot or Seiko, i have never had neither of them, so i need kind of advice from those who tried these watches. What about the quality?

I know price is different, but i like them both alot, so i cant decide.
I liked this model of Seiko
Also i found Tissot very attractive, but the price is a little higher. I liked this one

There are so many Seikos-a standard diver type anyway is the SKX007, SKX009, SKX173, and a few others I don't know the model numbers of-mainly yellow and orange dialed ones. Should be around $200usd.

long time ago i had a tissot prs516 auto with a brown leather strap. cool watch but i didnt own it long, traded up to a tag heuer that i kept for years.
