My original reservation was a base, and I'd have gone with iconic silver, but my wife got involved and had to have heated seats, so I moved up to the Big Bend but that didn't have the advanced 4x4 I wanted. It's crazy how they can option you up two model levels for just a couple things you want/need.

I have a reservation for a wildtrak, but I really wanted the white marine vinyl seats (not on configurator) and the modular roof (not available til 2022 now), so my attention has turned to the new rubicon 4 x e instead. we shall see.

I wanted one, but will wait until the Mustang is paid off and hopefully the Bronco will then be in good apply and deals possible.
When I get impatient waiting on the Bronco I start looking at Mustangs, I really like them.

I absolutely love mine. There are great deals if you look.
I know, and the one thing that bothers me on the Bronco is there won't be good deals. My dealer is giving me invoice price, but my guess is they'll try to gouge early adopters with high finance rates. I hope to not have to finance.

That's a shame, I know they're losing people over unavailable options. The rollout has been a mess.

Here's the Hennessey version for those with deeper pocket books.

https://hiconsumption.com/2021-ford-bro ... hennessey/
The newest addition to the Hennessey lineup takes the form of the 2021 Ford Bronco, a platform that’s already seen its fair share of custom work but nothing quite like this. Powered by a 5.0-liter supercharged Ford V8, it’ll be good for 750hp with an expected 0-60mph time of just 4.5s.

Purchase: $225,000

Haha. That’s a Jason B move right there! Congrats!

Tempted on the new Defender. Also tempted on old Defenders. And I want a new Bronco.

Nice! My youngest is getting my daily driver in about 6 months and that means I’ll be looking at something shortly.
And man does this look tasty.

A nice rear end can definitely be a distraction.

Congrats! I saw one the other day, very nice! I'm still holding out for the Bronco for now, but my eye has started to wander with the delays.

Have a badlands reservation but not as into it as I was a few months ago and will likely just keep the F150.

Buy a Jeep.
JEEP - Just Expect Every Problem
Never have had a problem with 3 Wranglers over the last 10 years.
Your experience is uncommon. I had 2 and both were disasters.

10 least reliable models of 2020, according to Consumer Reports:
Chevrolet Colorado/GMC Canyon (same body style, different badging)
Chevrolet Camaro
Jeep Wrangler
Alfa Romeo Giulia
Volkswagen Atlas
Volkswagen Tiguan
Acura MDX
Tesla Model X
Chrysler Pacifica
Chevrolet Traverse
We’ve never had an issue with a MDX. On our 3rd now.

Nice!!! I was up in the hills about a month ago on a pretty heavy trail and ran into one. It looked stock a d I tried to warn him that the trail was going to get much rougher. Can’t imagine taking a brand new defender on a road like that. Image
